1. Introduction
Welcome to TSFF Buy Sell (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our digital asset marketplace, where users can list, buy, and sell social media accounts, gaming accounts, and similar digital assets (“Assets”). By using TSFF Buy Sell, you agree to these terms.
2. Account Registration
You must register an account to list or purchase Assets. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Listing Assets
Sellers must accurately describe the Asset being listed, including platform, statistics, age, and any relevant details. All listings are reviewed by our admin team before being published. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing at our discretion, including but not limited to listings that are fraudulent, misleading, or violate the terms of service of the underlying platform (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
4. Escrow Service
All payments made through TSFF Buy Sell are held in escrow until the transaction is complete. Upon successful payment, funds are held securely by TSFF Buy Sell until the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction with the Asset, or until 72 hours have passed since the seller marked the Asset as delivered, whichever comes first. If a dispute is raised, funds remain in escrow until resolved by our admin team.
5. Commission
TSFF Buy Sell charges a platform commission of 10% on the final sale price of each completed transaction, deducted automatically before funds are released to the seller’s wallet.
6. Bidding / Auctions
For Assets listed with the “Accept Bids” option, bidders’ funds are held (reserved) in their wallet for the duration of the auction. If outbid, funds are released back to the wallet immediately. The winning bid, once accepted, becomes a binding transaction subject to the same escrow process described above.
7. Wallet & Withdrawals
Funds earned through sales are credited to your TSFF Buy Sell wallet. Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500 and are processed manually by our team via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not use TSFF Buy Sell to list stolen accounts, engage in fraudulent transactions, manipulate bidding through fake accounts, or otherwise abuse the platform. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
9. Disputes
If a dispute arises between a buyer and seller, either party may flag the order for admin review. Our team will review evidence submitted by both parties before making a final decision on refund or release of escrowed funds. TSFF Buy Sell’s decision in disputes is final.
10. Limitation of Liability
TSFF Buy Sell acts as an intermediary platform and escrow service. We do not guarantee the performance, growth, or continued availability of any Asset purchased through the platform after transfer of ownership.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
